Can't charge the camera?

Is your Paper Shoot giving you trouble? No worries - we’ve got you! Because the camera doesn’t have a screen, it uses lights and indicators to let you know what’s going on. Please follow these common troubleshooting solutions - if the issue still persists, shoot us an email! Can't charge the camera?

Make sure you are using rechargeable batteries. You can only charge the camera with rechargeable batteries.
Use a USB plug or power bank (Output higher than 1.0 A ) for charging.
Do not connect to PC/Laptop for charging.
Use a different USB cable and test if it can charge properly.
The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging is complete.

There is still capacity fading of the rechargeable batteries, you still need to replace them with the new ones if the batteries are worn out.
