Our warranty only covers the camera board and protects against defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. No registration is required if the purchase is made through our official website.

Warranty Period
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
What We’ll Provide
If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will:
Repair the unit using brand-new parts, or send the necessary parts to the customer for replacement.
Replace the unit with the same model or offer an upgrade to a better model for an additional fee.
Offer a refund based on the original purchase price—this option requires the return of the camera board.
Repair Fees
If the issue is not covered
under warranty (e.g., user-inflicted damage), paid repair services may be offered. Customers will be informed of the estimated cost by email prior to service, and work will only proceed upon confirmation
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service, including shipping the product to our service center and return shipping. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we may cover the return shipping fee.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty only applies to the camera board and does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents).
Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors, including extreme temperatures, moisture, or foreign objects entering the device.
Any accessories, including cases, memory cards, and batteries.

Shipping costs for sending the product in for warranty service may be borne by the customer. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, return shipping may be covered by us.

Where The Warranty Applies
This warranty applies to the products that purchase through the official website, www.papershoot.com. Otherwise, you may contact the aftersales team at the local agent or on the purchased website. Of course, we provide the product repair service if you purchase goods from other regions. We will charge an additional shipping fee.
Liability Limits
Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. We are not liable for any incidental or indirect damages.
